Some essential oils are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using aromatherapy products during this time.

Are your products pet-friendly?

Essential oils can affect animals differently than humans. We recommend diffusing oils in a well-ventilated space and checking with your vet if you have concerns about specific ingredients around pets.

How should I store my essential oils?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the bottle tightly sealed to preserve the integrity of the oils.

Do your products contain allergens?

Our blends contain naturally occurring allergens found in essential oils such as limonene, linalool, citral, and geraniol. You can find full allergen details on each product page and label.

How long will my product last after opening?

We recommend using your essential oil blend within 9 months of opening for optimal quality and freshness.

How do I use your essential oil blends?

Add 5–10 drops of your chosen blend — Restful Sleep, Harmony or Elevate — to a diffuser or oil burner to scent your space. You can also add a few drops to a warm bath (mixed with a carrier oil) or the shower floor for a gentle aromatic experience.

Can I apply the oils directly to my skin?

Our blends are developed to be used with a diffuser and are not intended for topical use. Do not apply directly to the skin.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes. Our glass bottles are recyclable, our wooden caps can be repurposed, and our cotton pouches are reusable. We aim to keep all packaging minimal and sustainable.

Do you offer returns?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened and in its original condition. Please visit our Returns page for more details.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK and internationally (excluding the EU). Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.
